Ready to talk, but not sure what to do next?
Here’s what to do:
Step 1: Schedule your free 20-minute consultation.
Head to my client portal and you can schedule our consultation online. My consultation times are on weekdays in the late morning - perfect for taking an early lunch break!
During our consultation, I will ask about what brings you to therapy, and you can ask me any questions about how I work. You can also ask for clarification on my rates and insurance information. (Please note that this consultation will not be a therapy session; we will only be discussing items to determine whether we are a good fit.)
Step 2: Set up a first-time session.
If we both think we’re a good fit, we can schedule our first official session. I will send you an email via my client portal with some initial forms and questionnaires for you to complete. (No printing needed - you can read and e-sign everything on the portal, and you can also download copies for your records).
Step 3: Meet for our first online session.
I will send you an email with the link to our telehealth session. (No log-in or password needed - the link will bring you right into the session). You can do the session from any computer, tablet, or smartphone. Here are some tips for making your online session comfortable.
The first session is 75 minutes, so that we have time to fully discuss your concerns, history, and goals. We will start setting up your treatment plan, so that it addresses your goals and gives us ways to check in about how you’re feeling.
